After the product installation and commissioning, comprehensive free technical training is provided to the operators, and assists in completing 1-2 test operations. In case of equipment failure, a response will be made within 2 hours and a solution will be given within 4 hours. If a new version of the software is developed, the customer will be upgraded to the new version for free.
After the equipment is sold, the system shall be maintained for life, technical solutions shall be made to the equipment failures, and the equipment shall be dealt with on site if necessary. After the warranty period, when spare parts need to be replaced, they will be provided to customers at a fast and preferential price. The quality guarantee period is 12 months after the equipment is installed, debugged and accepted.
